Located in Huanglong Sports Center, Hangzhou, the Mobile Ice Rink has an ice surface area of 800m². Specially designed for the China International Cartoon & Animation Festival jointly hosted by CCTV and Zhejiang TV, it delivers a fabulous cartoon and animation feast with dazzling sound and light effect.
